Fixing brackets

These railings are easy to fit. Simply bolt the brackets to the wall using suitable fixings. Then use the bolts provided to bolt the railings to the fixings

When it comes to fixing brackets, we don’t compromise . Our brackets are robust and durable, not flimsy or thin. They securely anchor your railings to the wall, guaranteeing maximum strength and reliability. We use the same high-quality fixing brackets throughout our entire range. The adjustable slot design allows railings to be securely bolted in place for a perfect fit.

Each slotted bracket allows allows adjustment, giving a total of +/- 15mm in total to the railings size.

Bolts are provided for attaching railings to the fixing brackets; however, bolts for securing the brackets to the wall are not included.

These wrought iron railings can be custom-made up to a maximum theoretical length of 3 meters. But his does depend on the height and weight of the metal railing. For panels exceeding this length, connecting posts are required. So for a 4mtr railings two panels would be required at roughly 2mtrs long.

To get a price, simply enter your required length and height, and the cost will be calculated automatically. These can be supplied in bare metal, primed, or painted—whichever you prefer.

For longer metal railings, we recommend installing a connecting post secured to the top of the wall. This enables the creation of extended continuous lengths. Connecting posts are also perfect for walls that are entirely flat and lack a brick pier at the end.

Examples of connecting posts

We recommend a minimum clearance of 40mm beneath the railing to ensure sufficient space between the railing and the top wall. This gap serves several purposes: it enhances the overall appearance, prevents the railing from touching the wall—protecting the bottom rail from salt in the brickwork—and provides enough room to repaint the underside of the bottom rail when needed.
